QUALITY CONTROL
Production control cards
Each pod is uniquely identified and has its own production control card throughout the process. This identifies and records the materials and processes that have been applied to the pod during each stage of manufacture.

Sequential control
As each pod passes along the production line, the standard of work from the previous section is checked before any further work is undertaken. This ensures any errors are highlighted and corrected before they can be compounded.

Mechanical & electrical testing
All pods are fully tested and certified prior to final inspection.

Final inspection
Each pod is fully checked for final finish and compliance with testing procedures prior to wrapping.
